She was predeceased by: her son Steven Fialkowski; and her siblings, Dolores and Ronald. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Sadowski; her children, Theresa Longobardi (James), David Fialkowski (Mary Jane) and James Fialkowski (Susan); her stepchildren, Adriane, Mark and Dana; and her sisters, Lorraine Beris, Ann Strickland (Richard) and Frances Musselman (Ashbelle). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
