Rita T. Foltyniak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita T. Foltyniak of Eden, New York, who passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kazmierczak and Theresa Kazmierczak; and her brother James Kazmierczak (Chris). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth M. Foltyniak; her sons, Steve Foltyniak (Cindy) and Jake Foltyniak (Kellie Barrett); her granddaughter Amelia Foltyniak; her siblings, Raymond Kazmierczak (Camille), Joseph Kazmierczak (Linda) and Marie Brenner (Marc); and her brother-in-law Gerald Foltyniak. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo or to Roswell Park Cancer Center.
