He was predeceased by: his son Richard Regan; his parents, John Regan and Eileen Regan; and his siblings, Margie Page and Jack Regan (Jeannette).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Regan; his children, Peggy Ziobro (Alan) and Patrick Regan; and his sister Patricia Kunz (Tom). He is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren and adored great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
