He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanton Barefoot and Rhoda Barefoot; and his brothers, Robert, Max and Jay.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Barefoot (Barnett); and his daughters, Karen Kingsbury, Kathy Christopher (Bruce), Penny Jimerson-Barefoot and Pamela Bertino (Tom).
