It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine J. Sturm of Eden, New York, born in Frewsburg, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Ellen and Alvin Francis Seekins; and her children, Barbara Decsi (Tim Keogh), Kevin (Patricia), Mary Wilger (Tim), Ed (Barbara), Michael (Erin), Stephen (Sherry Capetti), David, James, Joanne Meadows, Linda Hatch (Richard) and Eric. She was also cherished by her 25 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family would invite contributions to the Eden-North Collins Food Pantry or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (michaeljfox.org).
