She was predeceased by: her parents, Raffaele D'Ambrosio and Josephine D'Ambrosio; her husband Anthony; her grandson Joseph Anthony Forgione; her siblings, William D'Ambrosio, Rose Stanco, Elisa Gonnella, Frank D'Ambrosio and Eleanor Rubbo; and her son-in-law Thomas G. Damiano.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Forgione (Patty), MaryAnne Damiano and Nancy Ferri (Robert); and her grandchildren, Christine Watson (John), Francine Flynn (Sean), Colleen Kaufman (Richard), Anthony James Forgione (AJ), Patricia Morrison (Stephen), Laura Spagnolo (Joseph), Dana Damiano and Tonia Damiano.
