She was predeceased by: her father Robert Gumbel; and her grandson Chase Levelle. She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Scott; her mother Barbara Gumbel; her children, Renee Ledford, Desaree Ogren, Whitney Revette, Kathryn Dufkin, Tonya Stutto, Chad Piester, Jacob Stine, Anthony Gibson, Chuck Scott, Jay Scott and Tony Scott; and her sisters, Linda Schilling, Lenore Brough and Julie Wenz. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
