She was predeceased by: her husband James Welsh; and her siblings, Ann Rivenburg, John White, Thomas White, Ellen Aliberti (May) and Florence Paloski.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Horn (Howard), Barbara Lischak, Jeanne Beyor (Joseph) and James Welsh Jr. (Catherine); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Dyllon, Kailee, Autumn, Aubrey, Eva, Mila, Matthew, Alexander, Oakley, Gregory, Henry, James, Elyse, Madison and Bria; and her close friends, Rich, Mary Jane Laporta, Helen Ditullio, Frank and Helen Welsh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jane's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
