He is survived by: his wife Jane Welsh (White); his children, Marsha Horn (Howard), Barbara Lischak, Jeanne Beyor (Joseph) and James Welsh Jr. (Cathy); and his siblings, Shirley Connell, MaryJane Leporta, Helen DiTullio and Frank Welsh. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews Friends.
