He is survived by: his wife Carol Thull (Hepinstall); his daughters, Michelle Pentak (Dave) and Denise Atkins (Kevin); his grandchildren, Meghan, Kyle Pentak, Austin and Cole Atkins; and his sisters, Patricia Socola (late Jack) and Judith Shannon (late Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
