She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerardo Quattrocchi and Maria Quattrocchi; her husband Valentino Fiacco, Sr.; and her children, Valentino Jr. (Roxanne), Robert (Candace), Paul (Nicole) and Daniel (Jana).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Erika, Juliana, Kylar, Marissa, Nino, Melissa and Mark; her siblings, Matilde Mahar (late James), Guido (Maria) and Flavio Quattrocchi; and her sister-in-law America Cardazzi (late Sebastiano). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
