He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Collier and Eleanor Collier; and his son John Collier. He is survived by: his children, Edmund, Juliana and Christopher Collier; his brother Will Collier; and his grandsons, Edmund Collier, Jr., Travis James Collier and John David Collier.
He was a member of the American Board of Radiology, resident of Radiation Oncology at American College of Radiology and the American Cancer Society, Clinical Fellow in Radiation Oncology.
