He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Fincel; his grandmother Jeanne Marie Fincel; and his uncle John Fincel. He is survived by: his daughter Jeanne Ann Marie Fincel; his aunts, Patricia Anderson (Thomas), Margaret Fincel (Nick Panfalone) and Kathryn Boltri (Christopher); his uncle Joseph Fincel (Marilyn); his great-aunt Joanne Cullinan; his cousins, Zachary, Jennifer, William, Carly and Matthew; and also Nichole Renik.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to SPCA of WNY.
