He is survived by: his wife Barbara J.; his son David Rozak (Michelle Shorter); his grandsons, Nicholas and Duncan Rozak; and his siblings, Susan Sroka (Leonard), Sonia Coniglio (Stephen), Joseph Rozak (Jane) and Christine Cavalcant (Jack). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
