He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas A. Dimmett and Margaret Gromes Dimmett. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Graham (Stuart) of New Zealand, Teresa Dimmett of Newfield, NY and Michael Dimmett (Brenda) of McLean, NY; his aunt Ellie White of Elmira; and his close friend Debbie Chaffee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
