It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick B. Parker D. Jr. of Dewitt, New York, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret S. Parker and Frederick B. Parker; his friend John S. Parker; his wife Virginia; his children, Amy (Paul Stein) and Matthew (Ying Zhou); his grandchildren, Kyler and Sophie Parker; his siblings-in-law, Abby Anderson and Steve Barnes; his nephew John Parker; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt and Meg; his niece Kirsten Basch (Jonathan Basch); his great-nephews, Nathan and Adam; his nephew David Anderson (Kellie Anderson); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, Mollie and Adie; his cousins, Seth Strickland, Cynthia Strickland and Carter; his grandchildren, Marcia Davis, Allan Letherland, Jane Decker Hopeman, Anne Decker Gaughan and Margaret Decker; and also, Diama Koura and Rev. David Blanchard. He was also cherished by friends, bird.
