She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Haman and Anne Haman (Seaver); and her husband Alan C. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Kim Renee Chambers (Brian), Tracie Ann Chase (Michael) and Aimee Elisabeth Lewis; her grandchildren, Shane Chambers (Mariana Henriques), Casey Bailey (Marcus), Samantha Chambers, Matthias Chambers, Adam Schneider, Ryan Schneider and Kevin Chase; her great grandchildren, Chael Salusky, Kade Schneider and Oliver Schneider; and her siblings, Earl Howard Haman (Carole) and Verna Jean Hyer (Glenn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
