Mary Theresa Hooper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2023, at the age of 93, Mary Theresa Hooper (Delmar, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo P. and Mary J. Roche; her husband John R. Hooper; and her siblings, Catherine Beigel and Peter Roche.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bella McCarroll and Anne Malone; her children, Mary Catherine Lodico (Robert), Nora Hooper (Rick Wielgorecki), Carol Hooper-Cahill (Brian Cahill), John J. Hooper (Mary), Claire McDermott (Michael) and Robert Hooper (Cindy); her friends, Glenn, Michele Vadney and Maureen Carty; and her caregivers, Margery, Pam, Mary, Iris, Alberta, Caitlin and Angel of Hospice Care. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Theresa's name to St. Thomas the Apostle School, 42 Adams Place, Delmar, NY 12054.
