He was predeceased by: his father Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Jessica (Quinn); his mother Mary Ann; his brother Aaron; and his daughter Cheyenne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Johnny's name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
