It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan L. Smith of Delmar, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Smith; her parents, William H. Genthner and Charlotte Genthner; and her parents-in-law, Richard and Carol Smith.
She is survived by: her brother William F.; her sister-in-law Rosalind Genthner; her nephew William G. Genthner (Lisa); and her nieces, Allyson Thiessen (Jonah) and Laura Vannest (Raymond). She is also survived by six great-nieces and nephews.
