He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Cora Draper; and his brother-in-law Curtis Wheeler. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald W. Mitchell and Mary M. Mitchell (Rathburn); his wife Peggy Mitchell (Draper); his son Christopher "Chris" Mitchell (Sierra); and his siblings-in-law, Warren "Bro" Draper (Ruth), Mike Draper (Beth), Carolyn Williams (Butch "Bro") and Betty Wheeler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces & nephews.
