He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lincoln and Dorothy Ball (Levy); and his former wife Sandra Shirk Ball. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Ball (Mary Kay) of Dansville and Timothy Ball (Kristine) of Fairport; and his siblings, Edward L. Ball (Donna) of Warren, PA and Dorothy Stewart (Oran) of Warren, PA. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
