He was predeceased by: his parent Evelyn Devine; and his sister Catherine Newcomb. He is survived by: his parent William Devine; and his siblings, Stephen Devine of Marlboro, William Devine of Highland, Dennis Devine of Milton, Susan Fino (Anthony) of Milton and Peggysue Mead (James) of New Paltz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
