He was predeceased by: his parents, James Keegan and Beatrice Keegan (Keck); his spouse Marion Crane; his grandson Cal Michael Keegan; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Keegan and Sandy Keegan.
He is survived by: his children, Hope Johnson (Terry) of Corning, James Keegan (Cathy) of Corning, Brian Keegan of Painted Post, Jenny Worthington of Elmira, Michael Keegan (Brenda) of Lindley, Timothy Keegan of Smithfield, Virginia and Sean Keegan (Teresa) of Tucson, AZ; and his brothers, William Keegan and Gary Keegan of Painted Post. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in James's name may be sent to the Christian Life Baptist Church.
