She was predeceased by: her mother Gaile Van Wie (Wood); and her father-in-law James Heiser. She is survived by: her father Charles F. Van Wie, Jr.; her significant other John Heiser of Cooperstown; her stepdaughters, Hannah and Skyler Heiser; her siblings, Ruth Damp (Charles) of Ray Brook, Robin Manning (Michael) of Delmar, Suzan Weber (Frank) of Schoharie, Mary Van Wie (Paul Chiesa) of East Berne and Charles F. Van Wie, III (Lisa) of Clarksville; her mother-in-law Catherine Heiser of Watsonville; and her brothers-in-law, George Byrnes (Suzanne) of Haslet, TX and Scott Heiser (Cora) of Delmar. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews that she loved like her own children, and countless friends.
