She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Miner and Anna Belle Miner (Nichols); her spouse Lavester Roy "Zuke" Decker; her brother Paul Miner; and her great grandchild McKinley Love.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hotaling (Michael Pine), David Decker (Pam Marino), Vicki Talbot (Tony), Walton and Holly Sawyer; her grandchildren, Alicia Chase (Peter), Heidi Hotaling, Pamela Smith (Bryan), Sherri Hotaling, Todd Talbot, John Talbot (Abby Hnydowicz), Tonya Sawyer (Alan Kinney), Joshua Brigham and Christopher Brigham; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Shayne, Brent, Kaleb, Keyan, Izabella Chase, Paiden Hotaling Varney, Weston, Kyah Talbot and Harley Fagan; and her brother Allen Miner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
