She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pentilla and Elizabeth Pentilla; her husband Lauri Kukko; her son Edward Kukko; and her grandson Cole Rio.
She is survived by: her children, Leo Kukko (Linda) and Kathleen Rio (Don); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Murphy (Jeremy), Sarah Kukko (Mike), Tyler Kukko (Melanie), Ashleigh Tenny (Jason), Amy Rio (Chris) and Dylan Rio. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
