She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Coleman and Helen Coleman; her husband Charles J. Klose, Sr.; and her siblings, Barbara Cassaro (John), Edward Coleman, Arthur Coleman, Judy Conde (Robert), Sandra Herman (Charles) and Robert Coleman.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Ballard (William) and Charles Klose; her granddaughter Elizabeth Ballard (Michael Schadler); and her great grandchild Lucas Schadler. She is also survived by many nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
