He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Maxstadt and Helen Maxstadt Sr.; and his daughter Kristin. He is survived by: his wife Janice Maxstadt; his children, Kevin Maxstadt (Sophie), Kathryn McCallum (Ernest) and Kyle Maxstadt; his brother Richard Maxstadt (Joyce); his grandchildren, Ernest, Angela, Mary Kathryn McCallum and Ryan Maxstadt; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie, Paul Tarbay, Kenneth Hammann and Karen Belleville.
