She is survived by: her parents, Angela Staley (Shameek) and Kenneth Carr (Sukina); her children, Mariah Surgick and Sur; her siblings, Tasharon Carr (Cy), Keith Ferguson, Ronneisha Workman, Katriana Carr and Xavier Carr; her stepsiblings, Laquanna, Laquiesha, Tashea, Jahsiem, Azaryiah, Quanasia, Juntel and Kobe; her aunts and uncles, Leslie Venable-Baxter (Michael), Frances Carr-Morton (Zachary), Denise Carr, Michael Maye and Maurice Carr (Danielle); her nephew Zy'Hir Carr; her grandmother Gwendolyn Venable; her cousins, Shalona Wylie, Shanika Venable and Tashiera Lawrence (Quentin); her close friends, Mona Surgick, Tanisha Floyd, God Mothers, Lisa Richardson-Jones, Mechelle Derico and Nelly Cooper; and her godfather Duguan Tarver. She is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
