Baer; his siblings, William Piazza (late Dora), Catherine Carlino (late Frank) and Jeanette Shufon (late Bernard); his grandchildren, Gloria Nostramo, Matthew Baer, Vanessa Tecmire (Ben), Julie Warnes (Mark), Andrea Pelaez (Jorge), Sarah Fasano (Anthony) and Melissa Moore; and his great grandchildren, George, Lyla, Charlie, Leland, Vincent, Lucy, Alana and Eve. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
