He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Koblensky and Bertha Tobin Koblensky; his wife Fernande Koblensky (Fran); and his brothers, Leo and Stephen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne and Leona; and his children, John "Jack" Koblensky, Jr. (Christine), Stephen J. Koblensky (Cheryl), Joseph Koblensky and Kathleen Koblensky O'Melia (Joseph). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
