With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Twiss McDonald of Cohoes, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kerrigan Twiss and Emma Barber Twiss; her husband Harry W. McDonald; her sister Madeline Galvin; and her brothers-in-law, Rod Galvin and William Harris.

She is survived by: her sister Jean Riley Harris; her nieces, Sheila Morgan (late Jim), Robbie Serfilippi (Bill), Kim Hebert (Steve) and Nance McDonald; and her nephew William McDonald. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
