She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Bills; her parents, Earl Cannon and Catherine Cannon (Collin); and her brother Thomas Cannon. She is survived by: her daughters, Terrie Bills Hanaburgh (Richard) of Brant Lake, Peggy Bills Higham (Jim) of Vestal and Kay Bills Weiss (Jim) of Watervliet; and her sister Elizabeth Doherty Powell of Waterford. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
