She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Green and Harriet Green; her husband Harold; her son Richard; her siblings, Roger Green, Virginia Ellsworth and Marian Tenpas; and her grandson-in-law Adam Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Tenpas (Jane), Stanley Tenpas (Kathleen), Gail Borst (Don) and Bruce Tenpas (Tammy); her grandchildren, Julia Heiser, Melissa Ranney, Stephanie Redlecki, Karri Reichmuth, Kelley Vindas, Emily Henry, Jennifer Lamb, David Tenpas, Bryan Tenpas, Katelyn Tenpas and Seventeen; and her sister-in-law Lou Johnson.
It is suggested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Clymer Hill Reform Church or Clymer Fire Department, 8756 W. Main St., Clymer, NY 14724.
