He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Richard and Florence Wallace Moran; and his brothers, James, Michael, Patrick and Darryl Rastetter.

He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, James (Traci) of East Lansing, MI, Kelly (Simon) of Portsmouth, NH and Peter (Sille) of Waterbury Center, VT; his brother Timothy Moran (Jenny) of Winter Springs, FL; his friend Mike Droll; and his granddaughters, Claire, Rose and Olivia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
