He was predeceased by: his stepmother Carol Lee; and his mother-in-law Challis Burdick. He is survived by: his father James Michael Lee Jr.; his brother Adam Lee of Clay, NY; his stepsister Sandra Warner-Howard of Jamesville, NY.; and his children, James Michael IV (Lizzie Chichester), Katherine and Rebecca Lee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends.
