He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Penny and Anna Penny (Demchisak); and his brother Stuart Penny. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Penny (Martin); his children, Barbara McQueeney (Cary Barber), Michael (Garrett Heater) and Jeffrey (Kate Tyler); his grandsons, Thomas and Harrison Penny; and his brother John Penny. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bruce was the owner of Allied Electric since 1975 and donated his time and expertise to various organizations across Syracuse.
