He is survived by: his children, William Harvey II (Kay), Wallace Harvey (Cindy), Wayne Harvey (Kathy), Jeffrey Harvey (Kendra) and Elsa Conway (Michael); his siblings, Fred Harvey and Kathleen Morey; and his close friend Renee Leet. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
