He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Rathbone and Mildred Woolsey Rathbone; his grandson Rhion Rathbone; and his sisters, Joan Livingston and Leslie Dodge.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Closson Rathbone; his children, Shawn Rathbone (Jamie) of Auburn, Sandra Randall (Michael) of Cincinnatus, Maryanne Fredrick (Gray) of Oak Ridge, TN and Amy Morgan (Jason) of Glen Aubry; and his siblings, Clyde Rathbone (Haruko) of Las Vegas, NV and Lois Dodge (Richard) of Cincinnatus. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
