She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore F. Dziuba. She is survived by: her children, Joanne Dziuba, Joyce Dziuba, Jerry Dziuba (Haven) and David Dziuba (Mary); and her siblings, Elizabeth Cichocki and Monsignor Fran Weldgen. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association in Mary's memory.
