He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Fitzsimmons. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fitzsimmons; his children, Carol Fitzsimmons (Jim Sauer), Patricia Fitzsimmons and John Fitzsimmons (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jillian, Ryan, Meghan, Ava, Emma, Lindsay, Nikole, Derek, Kyle, Jared and Colin; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Nora and Ethan; and his sister Virginia Joels. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
