He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Manley; his sister Deborah A. Colburn; and his niece Barbara A. Colburn. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Manley; his children, Matthew Manley (Nancy Hazzard) and Melissa (Anthony Noisuex Jr.); his former wife Bonnie Manley; his brother James Manley; and his grandchildren, Harley, Bella, Oliver and Juniper. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, as well as many family and friends.
