It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celeste Fatima Chann (Chester, New York), who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sons, Jose Baptista (Arlette) of Chester, NY and Beltrao Baptista (Lisa) of Wilton, CT.; her grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Andrea and Stephanie; her great grandchild Olivia; and her brother Francisco.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in memory of Celeste Fatima Chann to Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY 10595.
