He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert D. Loucks and Ada May Loucks (Winslow); his wife JoAnn; his children, Kim (Lyle), Amy (Tom) and Bobby (Colleen); his grandchildren, Celia (Ryan), Bethany, Tiffany (Fred), Stephanie (R. J.), Mallory, Chad and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Jossalynn, Luke and Greta; and his brothers, Steven (Melanie) and Stanley (Peggy). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In recognition of Bob's devotion to his community, donations can be made to the Cherry Valley Fire Department, Cherry Valley Library, Cherry Valley Museum, and Grace Episcopal Church.
