He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Dornburgh, Sr. and Gladys A Baxter Dornburgh; and his brothers, Frank Jr. and Theodore. He is survived by: his niece Cindy Dornburgh; his nephew Frank Dornburgh III; his wife Ruth Dornburgh; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Hayden, Charlie and Jeweluis; his brother Gerald (Joyce Dornburgh); his nieces, Leanna Jensen, Tammi Ritton and Hollie Rugari; and his nephew Brian Dornburgh.
