Edwin Plaisted Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Plaisted of Chemung, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Plaisted and Ina Plaisted (Williams); his son Dwayne; his sisters, Eleanor, Irene, Marion and Jean; and his brother-in-law Ronald Becker.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Steve Plaisted (Stephanie) and Donna Plaisted Horton (Dave); his grandchildren, Chris Plaisted, Matt Plaisted (Angie), Dalton Horton and Devin Horton; his great grandchildren, Taryn, Aiden and Abigail; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Sue Plaisted; his brother Ernie Plaisted; and his sister-in-law Roseland Becker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
