He is survived by: his parents, Richard Horvatis and Sandra Horvatis; his siblings, John Horvatis (Da Som) and Jill Carolino (Norman); and his aunts, Elaine (Duke), Donna and Carol (Dennis). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
