She is survived by: her children, Susan Toussaint, Thomas D. Hyzy (Nancy) and Patricia Pericak (Thomas E.); and her siblings, Gertrude Smith (late Terence) and Gerard Fleischman (Shirley). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
