She was predeceased by: her husband John Joseph Klosko; and her brothers, Walter Siwiec (late Jean), Julius Gerlach (late Stella), Joseph Siwiec (late Viola), Rudolph Wolf (late Helen), Stephen Siwiec (late Gloria), Robert Gilman (late Victoria), Joseph Cieslik (Florence) and Edward Siwiec.

She is survived by: her children, John T. (Denise), Robert (Jaime), Nancy Drennen (Mike), Gary (Ann Marie), James and Randy Klosko (Susan); and her brother Casimir Kozminski (Frances). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
